gdiscountsales.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $0 shipped to the 48 contiguous states.

We offer the following shipping options depending on the products being ordered.

Ground Shipping – Estimated Transit Time 2-7 Business Days*
Free Ground Shipping – Estimated Transit Time 2-7 Business Days*

*Transit time does not include pre-order items, back ordered items or items that have Shipping Lead Times that are noted on the product details page.

**Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipments ordered after 1:00PM EST. will ship the following business day. Next Day and 2nd Day Air Shipments placed on the weekend will ship on Monday. Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday(excluding holidays). Delivery days for 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipments do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

***Certain products are classified as a hazardous material and therefore must ship via hazmat requirements. Hazmat deliveries are only made Monday – Friday and requires an adult signature at time of delivery.

Most orders received by 1:00PM EST Monday – Friday will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Most orders placed after 1:00PM EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday/Tuesday of the following week. Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped on the following business day. Certain items may have extended processing times. Items with extended processing times will be displayed on the product details page. We do our best to keep our inventory updated. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order due to stock shortage, we will notify you by email.

We ship via multiple carriers such as UPS, FedEx and USPS. gdiscountsales.com reserves the right to use the best carrier for the delivery of your order. We ship from multiple shipping points so transit time will vary depending on your order and destination.

SHIPPING LEAD TIMES

Certain product(s) require additional shipping lead time before the product(s) ship. The additional shipping lead time will be displayed on the products detailed page. The additional shipping lead time should be added to the transit time to get your total estimated time from product leaving warehouse to you.

PRE-ORDERS

When a new product is available, it may be displayed as a Pre-Order product with an estimated date of arrival. Pre-Order products will ship when in stock. Please check the product details page on stock updates or Contact Us for more information.

BACK ORDERS

Certain products can be ordered when they are out of stock. Back order products will be displayed on the product page as out of stock with an estimated date of arrival. Please check the product details page on stock updates or Contact Us for more information.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

Certain products require delivery by freight truck. Freight shipments require an adult at least 18 years of age to be present at time of delivery. All freight deliveries are curbside only.  Please inspect your order carefully prior to signing for your delivery. Please refuse all shipments that have major damages (damages that cannot be easily fixed with a replacement part). Otherwise, please note any damage item(s) on the packing slip with the driver and Contact Us immediately to report it.  You assume all liability for the contents of a shipment once you sign for it. Damages discovered after you have signed for your delivery “free and clear” without notation, may not be covered.

ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, US TERRITORIES, APO’S AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer shipping to the areas below on select products. Products available for shipping to these areas will be labeled on the product page.

  • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO’s
  • Canada

These areas are not eligible for Free Shipping or expedited services like FedEx Overnight or 2 Day Air.

SHIPPING ERRORS

We take order fulfillment accuracy very seriously.  However, mistakes do happen.  If the error is made on our part, we will send a return label to have the incorrect product returned and we will send out the correct product for you immediately, via ground service only.
